Routine Immunizations
Routine Immunizations for children and adults are offered by appointment only.
For new clients transferring in we will need to see an up to date immunization record for evaluation.
Infants from birth to through age 18 may be eligible for the Vaccine For Children’s Program. Please inquire about this service when making an appointment.
There is no fee associated with routine immunizations. Donations are gratefully accepted.
Emergency Tetanus Immunizations
If someone has been injured and has not had a tetanus immunization within the last five years they may receive a tetanus booster at our office. Please call to see if a nurse is available. The staff will work emergency tetanus immunizations into their daily schedule if possible. Please note we do not guarantee there will be a nurse available at all times.
No fee is required for this service. Donations are gratefully accepted.
Travel
The CCPHD provides only routine immunizations for travel. Examples of routine would be Tetanus, Polio, Hepatitis A & B, Influenza. Please contact our office for details. Below is a link for what immunizations a traveler would need based upon the area they are traveling to.
